Eggs are a little package of goodness for beauty and brain power!
People have different opinions on eggs.
You may need to do some research before you make a decision.0 -

I give 'em to the dogs, they're thrilled. Right now, I just don't want the extra calories when I make an omelette, would rather saute up some onions or a bit of cheese in there.0

Eat them! The yolk is where the nutrition is - it is a great nutrition vs. calorie food.0

I eat the whole egg. However I do use egg yokes to make a fantastic chipotle mayonnaise that I use as salad dressing. Far more delicious then any store bought dressing I have found.0

Eat them. I bulk up omelets and scrambles with egg whites from a carton.0
-
I blend a whole egg in with extra whites from a carton. It is the best of both worlds. Flavour and good high protein.0
-
I only use two yolks and the rest egg whites. So I effectively throw the rest out Say good night to the bad guy!0
-
eat them, studies now show the yolk does not actually increase your cholesterol, instead when we eat more cholesterol our bodies just produce less. So they are perfectly healthy.

So everybody is eating egg whites.
What do you do with all the unused yolks???
(unless, of course, u just buy the egg whites in the milk-like cartons)
Eat em. mix em in your egg whites.
Or make a sabayon with them.0 -
You can also poach them in 63C water. The texture will be quite neat.0
