Thank you so much everyone, it took a lot of hard work and dedication, but it all paid off. I'm a person who needs to be told what to do and when, and Blogilates has really helped. I have a lot of the moves memorized and it helps me stay motivated to teach it to other people. I'm so happy to be a part of such a positive…

My boyfriend and I together lost 80 lbs total. We are so much happier and healthier :) Of course all he had to do was eat what I fed him, and I had to work my butt off, literally =P Before: After:

You look fabulous! You and I have a similar body shape too. I'm currently stuck at 135 as well and am hoping to get to 130 here soon :)
-
Thank you everyone!!
-
I'm very proud of my accomplishments! :) I followed the calendars religiously and every once in a while went for a jog in the neighborhood. I ate healthy and tracked calories too.

Thank you everyone for the support. I know it's not a big gain by any means but physically I just feel exhausted all the time again. I hate that feeling and am so ready to get back to it. I injured my knee a couple weekends ago and now it's finally feeling better so I can get back into pilates on a regular basis. I was…

I stopped counting calories as well. I pretty much already know how many is in what I'm eating anyways, so I spare myself the torture. If you eat healthy on a regular basis and keep portions in control I don't see why you should count to maintain. I'm still pretty active as well and have maintained my 30 lbs lost for a…

heh..thanks

Wonderful job!! Doesn't it feel great to feel that confidence again? :)
-
Thank you, I started out at 165 and right now I'm at 137. My goal weight is 135 so I'm only 2 pounds away!! I'm so close! I want to say it took me about 4 months to lose it all. I started mid April :)
-
lol you're right, although it's super hard not to look so angry while flexing haha
-
This is my 3rd time completing the calendar and I'm happy to say I'm down almost 25 lbs!

You are an inspiration. You did all of this without supplements, fad dieting, and without weight loss surgery. That in itself is something that I think is such an INCREDIBLE feat. You're doing everything the healthy way and I completely commend you for that. I can't wait to see your final progress and I have faith in YOU…

I don't think running or jogging should be about speed, but about endurance. I do jogging and walking intervals and I found it's better on my knees.

Yep!! I got this suit at Old Navy for a whopping 13 dollars!!

Thank you!! To answer questions, I did tone a little, but I'm fortunate that my waist is naturally smaller than anything else on my body. I'm still working to lose about 5 more pounds, which of course is the hardest to lose!! My UGW is 135 but we'll see what happens :)

Thanks =\

I'm just doing pilates from blogilates.com. The workouts all use body weight which is definitely killer, but mega effective.

My back and shoulder muscles are showing!!

My "diet" is 3 meals a day with the occasional snack (fruit) while watching my calorie intake. Natural foods, nothing processed. Keeping it old school and OMG!! it works!

Well I have a "rescue/preventative" inhaler I always take before I go. I have a feeling its a combination of me starting off too fast and too long, and the freaking cottonwood trees we have here. The white fuzzies are flying everywhere!
-
My boyfriends mom said I was too skinny, at 145 lbs (I have 10 more to go) or she'll tell me not to whither away. -_-
-
Consider her deleted. Thanks you guys, I know there's no reason for me to feel guilty about what I've eaten. I'm taking this in stride and am only focusing on the positive. I agree that if the foods that we enjoy eating are totally cut out, then we'll be totally miserable! Thanks for all the love and support. I wouldn't…

I workout from home and I think it's the best thing I've ever done. No need to pay for a gym when you have free access to fitness videos right on youtube! I'm a member of blogilates.com and its a pilates based workout system. All the videos are on youtube! It's by an adorable asian fitness guru and she even creates a…

Thanks! I actually had 1/2C cottage cheese with a tablespoon of sugar free raspberry preserves. So delicious!
