    Before picture was from March 2012. I am not sure what I weighed because I stopped weighing myself after I reached 279 lbs. The 'during' picture is from today. I am currently at 190 and still going. I have about 30 more pounds to go until I reach my final goal.

    @dancer2u - I run on the treadmill for 30-50 minutes a day. That is how I lost most of the weight and of course eating a lot better than I was (not eating fast food, or junk snacks like chips and pop). Right now I am focusing on shaping my arms and legs with basic moves I found online. It just comes to show you don't need to go crazy with all sorts of workouts, you just have to be persistent :)

    This is really incredible to me. You should be a spokesperson for the "weight is just a number" argument-- we weigh the same and I've got 4 inches on you and you look way better than I do.

    You look amazing. My starting weight was about the same as yours and I have the same goal weight as you do (I'm also 5'6.) Can't wait to get to where you are.
