Somehow lost my motivation
I worked so hard to lose almost 40 lbs only to have gained 10 back :( I'm trying to catch it early and I'm wondering how I went from such an active lifestyle to a non-active one all over again. For some reason it's really hard for me to break out of this and get moving again. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Went from size 11 jeans to size 7! With pic :)
I'm so happy, I went and found some Aeropostale jeans for 5 bucks at goodwill. Brand new, not frayed or anything and they were a size 7!!!! I dropped a couple pants sizes yay!

Negative feedback on my food diary
I think I'm going to make my food diary private. Yesterday was my rest day and cheat day, as we went to Applebees for dinner, and I had a small blizzard from DQ. Someone on my friends list commented that I "shouldn't have eaten all those calories at lunch" which was only 250 and had dinner instead. I refuse to feel guilty…

100 Burpee Burnout
