Having a hard time with feeling guilty about what I eat

I've lost 20 lbs so far and I've been doing really well with maintaining, and hoping to lose 10 more. I however am having some trouble constantly thinking about what I'm eating and how many calories I have left for the day, especially on my off day.
Today is my off day and I ate an extremely healthy and low calorie breakfast and lunch. I ate probably a handful of animal crackers at work (Kindercare) and made some shepard's pie for supper with 96% lean ground beef. I'm having a decent sized glass of wine as well while I watch food network.
I guess I freak out sometimes that I'm going to gain the weight back that I lost
Does anyone else feel this way?

YES!!!! I can't handle a cheat meal every week. I'm going to alternate treat or meal every other week. It's hard to put crap food in your body when you aren't used to eating it.0
