Funny post....although I think LizL217 was right, most people aren't getting it! :huh: :huh: C'mon folks...he's not reeeaaaallly giving up. If that's all it takes to make a person throw in the towel then that coffee w/ cream & sugar I just drank would've pushed me over the edge!!

I was wondering the same thing, so interested to see other replies. Another question I have is if most meats in the MFP food log are giving us calories for the pre-cooked weight or the cooked weight. Go for it! I am currently in week 7. I like the the whole system. I did modify the nutrition plan a little.
