    I just finished week 9 and I have had great results too. I lost 27 pounds, 5%bf, and 5 in off my waist. I am starting to see the results and it is encouraging. Great job on your results, keep it up. I cant wait to see what I look like after 13 weeks.

    Wow! Thanks everyone. Didn't quite expect this much response. I really appreciate all the comments. Definitely going to kick it for the last phase. After that I will take a week off to go to Disney World, then it's round 2!

    My before pics just about made me sick. I know exactly how he feels. I still feel like I look the same, or at least a little smaller version of the same. Just tell him to keep going. I've been frustrated when the scale don't move but I keep going. My knees hurt I keep going and eventually my body WILL be where I want it to be...His will to. Tell him to add me and we can watch each other change for the better.
