I weigh everyday...I don't get discouraged if it goes up a little cuz I know it will go back down. It actually keeps me motivated...if it goes up a little I know I need to keep pushing myself and when it goes down I know I need to keep pushing myself to get to my goal.

You can do it! I have 4 boys 12, 9, 8, and 6...I lose 80 pounds a few years back and have gained about 15 back. The biggest thing is make time to exercise any way you can. I used to do DVDs and my youngest would kinda do them with me...it kept him busy while I exercised. Also get all the junk out of the house...no one…

I bought some of the blue cheese dressing and it is great. I also bought the peanut butter...it is kinda strange. It is not peanut butter but if you want something to replace it...I think the different taste is worth the 0 calories. I use it in my celery and to dip my apples in.
