  • I am having a strong start to June which is great. I need to come out fast since I do not know what I will be doing for activity on vacation at the end of the month. Of course I already stumbled on my food logging goal but I am going to get back into that today. I am also adding a daily hydration goal for the rest of the…
  • I am aiming for 200 fitbit miles and 100 intentional exercise miles. I missed both by ~30 miles in May but I am feeling strong and healthy and need to get serious about training for my 24 hour race in August. Other goals: -Lose an inch in measurements (or 5 lbs) -Track my food up until my vacation (6/25) -Do 3 workouts…
  • There is less than a week left. How are you doing with your goals? I will not hit either of my goals. Injured earlier in the month and then a week without my hubby (time to run/walk) left me too far behind to recover. I am still going to do my best to recover strong and start out June with a bang but I know that this month…
  • What he said! Join in the fun. It is a self motivated challenge so whatever works for you is your choice. We are just all here to support one another and try to motivate when it gets tough.
  • I am behind, as expected. I did a 192 miles relay race this weekend (22.5 miles logged for me). Hubby is on business the next 4 days and I have a couple of blisters so I am not so sure about it but hopefully I can play catch up once he gets home.
  • Very slow start as a recouped from my race last weekend. I am feeling 100% again so hopefully I can start logging in some miles!
  • Oops, I think i fixed it, let me know if it works!
  • Going for 100 intentional exercise miles in may and 200 Fitbit miles. The 100 is doable since i have hit it the last 2 months. 200 Fitbit may be stretch but go big or go home right?
  • I hit both of my goals but only because of the crazy race I did on Saturday. I am keeping my miles at 100 and upping my Fitbit to 200 which might be a stretch but it needs to be a challenge right? I am hoping my legs feel better quickly or it will be a really slow start to the month.
  • I will hit my goals this month. I have a 14-15 mile race on Saturday so I will definitely it them both. Next month I will have to up the Fit bit one but I will keep the intentional miles at 100. I will get the new challenge posted by the end of the day Sunday (traveling this weekend). Good luck finishing up your month!
  • I think I will make both of my goals this month. I have a 13-15 mile race on Saturday so as long as I log 5 miles of intentional exercise this week I will hit that goal. My fit bit goal is within reach again. Wahoo!
  • I made up some miles this weekend. It felt great to log a bunch. My goals are still going to be really tough to meet but if I focus and stay healthy I still have a chance!
  • Welcome! I miss swimming. I am hoping to add in swimming miles or goals in the summer but it is too hard and expensive around here when you don't have your own pool.
  • I am 5' 6" and my original goal was 145-150ish. I started weightlifting in December and gained some muscle weight so I am back up to 170 then I did at 165 (last years weight before I started lifting). I am trying to not hold too much stock in the scale and will see where the journey takes me. I am larger framed so no…
  • Quiet here the month. How is everyone doing so far? I am behind on both of my goals but chipping away. I am hoping the weather clears up after work so i can get some mileage outside. I am sick of the treadmill.
  • Most days I eat an English Muffin with Almond butter. When I am on the ball, I make veggie egg muffins that I can reheat at work after going to the gym. When I really have some time to prep early I love making a sweet potato and kale hash or use up some left over roasted brussel sprouts and fry up an egg or two and eat…
  • Very slow start to the month. It has been snowing and cold. I am hoping that the weather would turn around so I can get in more miles. I am still confident that I can catch up.
  • my son decided he didn't want to go to swim class so I managed to squeeze in a walk when I should have been at swim with him. 100 miles in a month!
  • I need to figure out how to squeeze 1.85 miles in after work with a million things going on! I would hate to miss my goal when I am SO close!
  • I am upping my fitbit goal to 190 miles since I hit 180 this month pretty easily. I am keeping my miles at 100 since there is one less day.
  • I hit my Fitbit goal today. I need another 6.65 or so for my intentional exercise goal. It is definitely doable but I have a nasty case of DOMS from my run on Sunday. Did a recovery run and rolling tonight. My roll again before bed.
  • Funny you should say that, my "girls night out" started at 2 pm and was over by 7:30 pm.
  • How is everyone doing? I was just looking at my miles and I am fairly confident that if I stay focused I will reach both of my goals. The exercise miles will be tougher but I think as long as the bad weather doesn't last long and I can get over my hate of inside cardio I can do it.
  • I have had a really strong start to the month and am on track with both of my goals. Now to keep this momentum going!
  • It is never too late! Feel free to join. Add your name to the google list and set a goal you would like to meet by the end of the month. Welcome!
  • Thank you! I knew something didn't seem right and I was just not figuring it out last night. You are correct! Thanks for the help, I am only starting to learn the capabilities of Excel. It is crazy.
  • I think I got it. Let me know if that (column H) is what you are looking for. As you log miles/minutes it should update needed daily average to meet the goal.
  • Solid start to the month! Trying to get it in while I am motivated. Tomorrow is supposed to be very nice in the weather department so hopefully I will keep on logging the miles! My 11.3 miles of trails today definitely took a toll on my feet and legs.
  • Done. Great idea! Good luck everyone on meeting your goals!
  • I am shooting for 175 this month. I feel it is reasonable since I only missed by 5 miles and there were many "lazy" days as well as 2 less days. Time will tell. I am also shooting for 100 miles of intentional exercise. That will be tough but I need to get ready for some big races and challenges coming up.
