Welcome aboard Ashley! I started on here when I started Power 90 and never looked back. I do my best to eat mostly whole foods (obviously processed foods are hard to entirely avoid, but do what I can) and have had great results. I couldn't have done it without the help/accountability. I alternate days. I'm doing Power 90 & have had awesome results and it's 1 day cardio & next day weights.
