I'd get a lot done. I'd get a nose job. You know your nose never stops growing and mine has changed considerably over the years. Would get it slimmed down. then I'd get one of those mesh bras implanted to lift my boobs and I'd also get my neck and maybe my cheeks lifted. Funny before you're old enough to have things that…

Sweetie most people rely on will power. Well my will power is really lousy. However, I am one stubborn person and when I don't want to do something I won't. 28 years ago I smoked 2 1/2 packs of cigarettes a day and if you check into it quitting smoking is actually supposed to be harder than quitting heroin. Well I realized…

If a man is worth having, he won't give a darn how saggy you are because he finds YOU beautiful and sexy not a little skin.

You look great - congrats you so deserve it. Even more important than the looks I'm sure you'll be much healthier in the long run.

That's your problem. I am also on a 1200 cal a day plan. I find that the exercising allows me more calories and also has the added benefit of firming the body while you're losing the fat. I'm 5'7" and now weigh 167 and want to get down to 150. I'm also 66 years old so I'm sure your metabolism will allow you more calories…

O.k. everyone seems to look at this from the saggy vs. perky side. Question - do you have sensitive breasts that give you lots of pleasure when you fool around? If so, getting breast surgery whether a lift and especially implants may make that aspect of your life non existent. Before considering any surgery you really need…

Does sound really good and easy - a winner!

You look terrific. Quite an accomplishment and a testament to perseverance. Congrats are definitely appropriate.

Hi, I'm 66, have kids, grandkids and am married but at one time was also divorced (single) for 14 years. Enjoy it honey. Even though I am super happy with my life now I say - go out and have yourself a ball. Travel, expand your life, spoil yourself and do what you want to do. Some day if Mr/ Ms. Right - that does not mean…

I have the 1200 calorie a day plan also. There's one thing it seems no one is taking into consideration - age. I'm 66 years old and I am losing an average of 1 lb a week. When I was 26 I went on a diet and lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks and didn't gain it back for 20 years. Well the metabolism and lifestyle have both changed since…

Congrats. Been there and done that and it' sometimes really hard to do it. You are succeeding and that's fabulous.

I just ordered and received one. I'm 66 and joined in January. When I was younger I had an extraordinary body but thought I never exercised. I did however like to play seeing how much my body would do. Well I watched the dvd and it does all of the things I used to play doing. I had the hardest flatest stomach you have ever…

Oh and I do not agree that mfp is a crutch - it's a tool - use it to your benefit. I'm a very strong person so I know what I'm talking about.

Just get back on the horse honey. We frequently fail at things until we succeed. I quit smoking 6 times for varying times from 8 years to 4 months until I succeeded 27 years ago. It's all a learning curve so keep it up you just haven't graduated.

Dead Sea Scrolls found in the desert, Weight Watchers founded, Churchill made "Iron Curtain" speech, radar hit the moon, John Kennedy elected to the House of Representatives and the baby boomers started being born.

Good going. You can really see the lbs coming off.

Even when you were heavier at the start you were really a pretty girl - now you're gorgeous. Congrats you deserve it.

Thank you for posting your progress. You look absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful post you wrote - inspirational and appreciative. Blessings to you sweetie.

You look great. It was worth every minute of effort. Congrats to you.

The longer the tape is the more challenging the moves even though they are all based on 4 kinds of steps.
-
I use them 5-6 times a week. Using the 3 and 4 mile tapes.

I use Leslie Sansone videos and I love them. As far as difficulty goes I think the hardest ones I do are the "Walk Away the Pounds for Abs" They have a Walk Away Belt which I have redone with heavy duty bungee cords and it makes it a heck of a walk as well as a real strength training workout. I'm older but I used these…

Hi, I'm 66 and I've been on this site for about 2 1/2 months and I've lost 11 lbs - should be 12 lbs but I hit my starting weight at 188 lbs when it should have been 189. I hope that helps you. You don't have to starve either check out my food entries - you do have to exercise. This site will help you with the journaling…

Sounds sensible and wonderful - also easy to convert possibly to gluten and sugar free.

You're an amazing person. I think you are very inspirational. You should help a lot of people and you are so right it's all in your priorities.

When I get halfway there I'm going out for pizza and eating 2 big pieces. I know you're not supposed to do food but seriously this is pretty much the only real food I've taken off the list so once in a while it's a good reward but not til I've lost some weight. When I actually reach my goal weight I think I might go for a…

I don't run on the treadmill but I do walk. The funny thing is as long as I keep my eyes on one spot I do great but when I look around my balance goes haywire. Could that be part of your problem?

The middle easterners use a combination of lemon juice, olive oil and fresh garlic - mmmm

I find the one I like best are Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds for Abs. It is a low impact aerobic walk that uses this stretch belt that cinches around the waist. After about a year my belt - the stretchy part - broke and I replaced it with stronger bungee cords - what a difference. It's like doing aerobics and…
