You look like a guy who's honest and down to earth :)

Try re-evaluating your daily calorie allowance.
-
Usually the initial weight loss is water weight.. but good job on what you've achieved so far!
-
Pre-log your meals for the day, and stick to just those foods.. It helps mentally prepare youself for when you may feel hungry

What would be the point in benching without shoes? lol Squatting barefoot is cool, but many gyms are against it. Deadlifting - I recommend doing it with flat sole shoes instead
-
Do you go to a gym or work out at home? I always find for chest, a great exercise is incline Flyes (I do these last, but really force the muscle to stretch) For back, i find Pendlay Rows are great for developing a good back.

If it were a girl, probably - because deadpool. My pictures don't show on the forum, anyone know why?

There's nothing wrong with wanting to lose lots, I, myself believe i need to lose quite a bit, however the time it takes is another story.. Just know that anything done quickly will be lost just as quick. Same goes to fat. I've tried the 'fast' approach, it took me 2 months.. it took me less than that to gain it all back..…

You get used to it, it doesn't hurt sometimes at all after you've been training for a while..
-
I don't have a fantasy.. I believe I can get whatever I dream of getting, because I'll work for it until I do!
-
I train at night, so I don't have that issue :D
-
Unlikely for anyone to be one here, no?

of course

Vegan Gains is a complete retard. He's immature and often gets proven wrong about his statements he makes, but never responds to them.
-
I don't bother with 'healthy' eating.. I make sure I get in some vitamins and minerals, but for the most part I just eat whatever foods I want to meet my macro nutrient requirements.. Pizza, pasta, breakfast buffet's.. you name it

Less calories.. When it comes to strictly weight loss.

Young at heart and mind
-
Giving it a shot today none the less.

Volume?

I don't count sugar ever. I'm not diabetic, so there's no need.
-
It seriously depends on your genre of preference.

I wouldn't say I 'black out' but I do enjoy my alcohol on weekends too :) I don't enjoy having so much that I'm not in control of myself, or that I'd make a fool of myself. So I know my limits for each night.
-
Whatsup bro, anything specific you need to talk about? :) Flexible dieting is preferred for me simply because I like the freedom of eating what I want, when I want.. I don't believe in forcing myself to eat foods I don't fully enjoy, at set times... I would much rather have variety in my lifestyle :) and since…
-
Most probably not

You're meant to be eating the same amount of calories you would to lose weight on a normal diet or lifestyle of eating. So yes, 1350 is VERY low. I don't think I've ever seen a male needed to eat under 1800 calories in a day.

Flexing, posing, anabolic steroids, Growth Hormone, amount of years of training.. All a factor
