I don't ever eat a single meal in a day without some carbs lol

It would help if you gave stats first. No one will help you otherwise.

Well I have a friend who decided he wants to be vegan from one day to the next.. The idiot had to go to a doctor for internal bleeding Literally has to force feed himself in order to reach his daily macros. I'm not a fan of vegans, just because the types of people they all seem to prove they are.

Most likely accept, I dont reject many FR unless the people are just in to start fishy business

I must disagree to your statement.. Metabolisms constantly change based on your eating patterns. Two people can weigh the same weight and eat the same calories in a day, but one could gain weight while the other does not. My metabolism is faster than what it was previously, because I manipulated it. Previously at 73kg I…

Keep going until you feel it's time for you to start bulking. No one else can tell you when the right time is to bulk..

Lifting is literally something I'll do until the day I drop dead. It's become such an essential to my lifestyle, I just wish others weren't so afraid to give it a go!

I use a local company's Tri-Whey (Concentrate/isolate/hydrolyzed whey) I get 70 servings and it costs me R589 (this is about $36) which basically means $0.51 per serving.. I only use it because it's so cheap, and their flavours are absolutely insane! They taste just like milkshake! lol

Determine how many calories, and preferably what your macro nutrients are you should be eating (try iifym.com) Try meeting those goals. If you're struggling to consume the amounts given by that site, you could always introduce some mass-gain shakes, or making blends of smoothies. I found smoothies with yoghurt, ice-cream,…

Helps burn calories, so yes, it does. That's not considering the other benefits: Healthy lifestyle, keeping a healthy body, keeping a healthy mind.

Don't look at weight on this journey.. Rather look at your health and physical appearance which is attractive to yourself. Last year I dieted to a point which I was finally happy at 8/9% bodyfat, which had me sitting at 69kg. Since then, I've bulked up to 74kg, and I'm on another cutting process (sitting at 73kg, 14%…

Personally, if I were you, I'd carry on cutting.. I prefer to keep my bf % around 10% at all times, so basically bulk a little - cut a little. You certainly notice the gains easier, and you know that you're gaining quality muscle rather than just fat. Again, personal preference.

well Fibre is a micro, not a macro.. But one thing's for certain, if I don't have enough, my body and my toilet sure know it. If I have enough, and actually have 'too much' I don't really have issues though. So I try stick to having all my fibre rich foods I can throughout the day.

I would recommend specifically searching for a program which is tailored to what changes you wish on your body most. By this I mean, if you feel your legs are your weak point, find a program which focuses on building up your legs. Once you find a program, feel free to modify it to what you feel you need more/less of in a…

Not necessarily. It's like me telling you, okay, In school you no-longer need a 50% to pass your exam, you now only need 30%. There are going to be a lot of problems, trust me.
