Bulking up

Hey guys! I'm trying to bulk up but it's been already a couple of weeks and not doing very well seems like I'm not eating enough, any advise?? Thanks

    Also, have you gained any weight yet? Are you following a structured lifting program? How many calories are you eating? And what are your current stats (height, weight, age)

    Determine how many calories, and preferably what your macro nutrients are you should be eating (try iifym.com) Try meeting those goals.
    If you're struggling to consume the amounts given by that site, you could always introduce some mass-gain shakes, or making blends of smoothies. I found smoothies with yoghurt, ice-cream, peanutbutter and/or fruit to be most useful. You could get some which are as much as 500 calories per glass!
