6 lbs for this month! I didn't hit the 10 lbs I was aiming for but I am very pleased with my results! Happy Easter everyone!

4.5 lost so far. Looks like I'm going to hit the 5 pound goal. I guess I was kidding myself when I picked an end of month weight as 224! Keep working hard everyone, this is so worth it!

I always wear a tank top or camisole tucked in under my shirt :smile: so that if I raise my arms my stomach won't show if I'm wearing the jeans that sit on the hips. Congratulations! I'm still at the point where all my pants fit properly now instead of suffocating me! lol

I found the book, " Is your child's brain starving" by Dr. Michael Lyons to be very helpful with my son. We also went to a naturopath and found out he has several food allergies. Now that we have removed those foods he has much better control over his own behaviour.

February lost 16 lbs and really enjoyed my facial!! My son is gluten free. We eat alot of rice and rice noodles, potatoes and popcorn. Maybe make sure you eat some protein at every meal.

What a great challenge, February is usually a crappy month for me and this is giving me something positive to focus on!!
