This month I do not have a specific exercise routine, because my schedule is so full until the 24th. Right now, I am up and moving every evening from 6:30-10:30, just not specific exercise. That last week of March I am going to get back to four days a week, cardio and weights, though! Excited!0 -

Well as expected I am up this week thanks to TOM. :grumble: Not stressing it though since it is only 1/2 pound and should be gone plus some in a couple of days. Will really have to push these last few weeks though if I am going to make my 5 off this month. Unfortunately stress has not been my friend as of lately and probably isn't going to be going away anytime soon (3 weeks til I hear about work situation and whether they are going to force me to move to Midwest) :sad: :sad: :sad:
But on the good side, my goal was to make it to 30 min on my Elliptical this month and last night I was able to do 40 min. :drinker: :drinker: I am not going fast but I am staying consistent and trying to increase the endurance time. Then I will slowly work on intensity/speed. But figure I am still doing a good workout because in 40 min, my HRM said I burned 334 cals. I will take that. :happy:

I weighed myself this morning. So ill probably weigh again on Sunday and continue with Sunday weigh ins from here on out.
Ill be going to the gym doing the elliptical and maybe If I get enough courage the treadmill. A few months ago (before I fell off the wagon) I was doing 60 minutes on the elliptical at mid to high intensity so I would like to at least get back to that and work towards more.0 -

I'm convinced that I'm holding onto some serious water weight right now. My ankles swell pretty easily and I've been at my desk the last two days at work. I also did a new class at the gym on Wednesday where it was pretty much an hour of HIIT. I'm SO sore today, more so than yesterday and am pretty sure I'm holding onto water while I repair!0 -

I am training for a half marathon on April 7 so that training will be most of my fitness in March!
3/1 started this morning with a quick 3 mile run
3/2 did my "long" run for the week - 8 miles in under 1hour 20 minutes - YEAH!
3/3 3 mile recovery run at a good pace - just under 10 minute mile.
3/4 3 mile run
3/5 3 mile run in the rain at 35 degrees - brr!
3/6, 3/7, 3/8 total of 9 miles (3 per day)
3/9/13 - long run today 9 miles
3/15 - have another 18 miles.
decided I would like 110 miles in March -have 56 done, 54 to go
