    I'd love to start this! I'm having a very hard time sticking to my diet right now and can always use the support! Also have to start really working out!

    Total weight lost: 2 pounds! (And the low this week was actually 138.5... I didn't write it down but hopefully in the next couple weeks it will remain there :)

    Just for fun: What new fitness exercise or event are you going to do this month? nothing lol unless you consider the sprint to finish my presentations.

    I'm in the final 15 pounds so everything comes off SLOWLY it seems.

    January: 2 pounds lost
    February: 1 pound lost.
    March: 2 pounds so far...

    I'm hitting up a sculpt Cardio routine, 25mins long with a 4 min warm up. Alternating that with a beginner body weight routine, 3 circuits of 5 sets with 10 to 20 reps per set.( i should say trying to get all that done)
