Well - my body continues to be happy at this weight whether I like it or not. I have upped my hours in the gym and miles on the road and treadmill, so I am getting leaner and stronger, just not lighter. Since this is My FITNESS Pal, I'm still making progress, but so wish to have the next 20 pounds gone!0 -

I am getting manicure when I reach this goal!!

4.5 lost so far. Looks like I'm going to hit the 5 pound goal. I guess I was kidding myself when I picked an end of month weight as 224! Keep working hard everyone, this is so worth it!

I didn't hit my goal, but I'm really, really close! Spring break was awesome and I took a break from running last week because I couldn't get back into the swing of things. Going to go hard next week and break 180 next month! I might even finally get a gym membership!

Surprisingly I dropped 6 pounds by doing 30 Day Shred in March, plus continuing to eat healthy as I'd already been doing.0

In early March I decided to increase my calories. I went from netting below 1200 calories to eating about 1600-1700 calories. It took a few weeks for my body to adjust and start losing again so I didn't lose my goal of 5 lbs. I only lost 2 lbs ( and about 5 inches!) but it was worth it to get to where I am now - eating more and still losing.
