I've been using the vitamix. it's awesome. My cousin has a nutribullet and it works great for her. They are both good at making veggie/fruit juice.

Dark chocolate good. Also the quaker popped rice cakes have some chocolate flavor to them.

I like the quaker popped rice cakes they are brown rice so they are good. Also peanuts and almonds are good snacks. Popcorn isn't terrible for you if you don't load it up with butter or seasoning.

You can use the bench press and soldier press to remove/raise them a bit. But it will turn right back into fat if you stop. SO it's probably best to lose it the hard way.

My friend took hydroxy cut - and it shut down his kidneys. So not sure if this is related. Tryptophan sounds like the calming chemical in turkey they talk about that makes us sleepy on thanksgiving.

For my chemistry it seems red meat and dairy products hold up weight loss. I'm eating alot more fruit and whole grains. In sushi rolls! Diced over salad! Add diced onion, tomato, balsamic vinegar and olive oil for a nice summer salad! on top of hamburgers! I mean turkey or veggie burgers! :)

I recommend the following for breakfast. Yogurt and Granola Banana Fiber Cereal like fiber one Fruit cup with juice instead of syrup. the dole mixed cherry ones are good Eggs and wheat toast might be ok too.
