I'm 18, and I still live at home with my parents while I'm going to school. I'm not very big, per say, more like "skinny-fat" (my hips are very wide for my body (41")!
I'm trying to lose weight for health reasons, but it's so hard in my household! I'm the skinniest of the family, overweight is a common thing among us. So whenever I do workout/eat healthy, I get bombarded with things like "Why are you eating that, you don't need to lose weight!" or "OOO AMBERS TRYING TO BE HEALTHY HAHAH"
Mostly dumb comments.. So, anyway, when I do workout, it has to be relatively quiet, in my bedroom.

Anyway! The point, I NEED SNACKING HELP and support :( I'm a huge snacker. HUGE. I go to school, so I pack snacks too. What are healthy alternatives? I usually bring cut up veggies. But that can get really boring. Ideas?

Also, I'd love for people around my age, also losing weight, near the beginning , to friend me up! I'll be supportive, I just need more in return!
