I feel that way about marzipan, I see no need for it and it just tastes funky. I kind of like fondant :)

Mango of any variety, in smoothies, fresh or dried it tastes like I would imagine rotten wood to taste. I've bought it a couple of times as fresh fruit incase I'd just been unlucky, but no, it's horrid but looks like it would be nice! Similarly dragon fruit is gorgeous looking but fair bland tasting. I don't mind…

The awful state of "PCOS makes you fat" and "being fat make PCOS worse". I too have PCOS and have managed to lose nearly 70lb in the last year, I have gone from "obsese" to the middle of "ideal" but it has not been easy. I would recommend viewing it as a total life change and not a diet. Stick to something you can carry on…

Well done! keep up the good work!

Not on diet chef now no, I stopped using it once I hit bmi of 25. I aim for between 1200 and 1600 cals a day and am sort of trying to exercise a bit more!

I joined DC nearly a year ago and have lost over 4 stone since. :)

I have managed to lose 51lb so far, I also have PCOS and find weight piles on very easily. I would suggest sticking to closer to 1200 calories and avoid too much refined sugar. I had really problems with eating sugary snacks for sugar hits. Weigh out your pasta portions to be sure that you are only getting what you think…

i'll be trying this one!

Going really well. I've lost a total of 49lb since my first delivery in January. I've been off diet chef for 6 weeks now and I am still steadily losing weight using what I did on diet chef as a guide. I have 16lb left to lose to be my ideal weight. I am a big fan of diet chef, in combination with mfp it was failsafe!

I know how you feel. Weightloss has been a yoyo for me since I was about 20. PCOS has made it really difficult. Keep strong xx

I've just finished 4 months of diet chef and have been integrating normal food in for the last couple of weeks, yes it is dull but very convenient. I don't think it is actually as expensive as it seems, I think it was worth every penny to be honest. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

I guess as an adult I've just never been active enough to justify the difference in calories between TDEE and BMR. I'm struggling to work out how many calories a day I will need to maintain my weightloss when I get to my goal. SW: 206lb CW: 175lb GW: 140lb Currently 1200-1400 calories a day I am 5ft 8 (and a bit)

Oh, cool, I'll go have a look at TDEE, haven't come across that before.

Snack on very low calorie snacks. Like sugar free Jelly, Celery, raw carrots, pickles, thinly sliced apple sprinkled with cinnamon.

I couldn't stomach metformin. Tried for 6 months then gave up on it completely. I'm aiming for weightloss as my best bet at maintaining health now

This is exactly where I am now :)

I'm doing diet chef too. I started at the end of January and I have lost a total of two stone, I am two months in and I have signed up for 4. It isn't a waste of money, I've found it really useful. I was hungry for about a day. I cheat every day, I always add in snacks, proper ones, not celery and seeds, lindor balls are…
