Just like what alot of folks have already said, everybody body is different. Some can loose first week others it may take a few weeks. Always keep motivated and see your self as you want to be.

Well at one time I weighed 27.5 stones then with the help of a good friend of mine I shrunk done to about 11.4 stones. that was in 2003 - to 2004. Now I'm at 15.7 stones and I'm aiming for 13.2...;-)
