Hello everybody, I'm new to this site but....not new to loosing weight,
I think this site is an cool way to track you own personal progress as apposed to using multiple papered journals.
Thought I'd say hello before I get to many posts out there...
I was already talking with another person on this site about stones and the definition of stones.
So a stone is equal to 14 pounds - interesting. =
" Well at one time I weighed 27.5 stones then with the help of a good friend of mine I shrunk done to about 11.4 stones. That was in 2003 - to 2004. Now I'm at 15.7 stones and I'm aiming for 13.2...;-) "
At one time I weighed 385 lbs and I was able to loose it all down to 160 lbs. I stayed under 190 lbs for about 4 years.
I'm aiming now to drop down 25 - 26 lbs for a goal I'm shooting for in 2011.
I'm still figuring out how the site works....

I lost 100 lbs in 90 days... then my fat weight started dropping off my body!!!
I did 10 simple things:
1.) I decided enough was enough it starts here TODAY!,( for me I started in back in 2003 ), I pushed as hard as I could push myself to achieve my goal!!!!
2.) I found a great trainer who was a nutritionist and personal fitness trainer
3.) My trainer set up a program for me - for my body type
4.) I measured myself - weekly
5.) I took pictures - weekly
6.) I picked a picture of a body type that match mine, Bone structure type, and focused on it . I even scale my face down an put it on it.
7.) I had people who believed in my goal, to encouraging me.
8.) I bought a full length mirror - to see my progress.
9.) I ignored all the people who doubted me.
10.) I keep journals everything I eat,- exercised and cardio work outs.0
