Can't believe I ate that.....

I am a new member to mfp I started about a week ago and it has been quite the challenge. I was shocked at the amount of calories that is in everything we eat including things that we all expect to be "healthy". I "just" had a baby 5 months ago and am trying to lose the rest of my baby weight. I am going to be in my sisters wedding and need to lose the weight to fit into my bm dress. This is going to be a fun journey in this one week i have learned so much about caloric intake. Good luck to everyone else stay motivated:happy:

    welcome aboard, yea its amazing how many calories are in food, even the so called healthy ones. one thing i've begun to do is log my calories right before i eat, that way i really have to examine what i'm about to eat

    This site is pretty cool. Since you've been doing it for a week you can go back through view all your progress reports which is very eye opening.
