  • I do it anyway. Not doing things because I don't feel like it is what got me overweight in the first place. I plan my breakfast and lunch for the week ahead of time so the only meal I have to actually record during the week is dinner.
  • 5'9 now at 202lbs. Started at 218lbs. I eat 1500-1700 cals per day and do weight lifting 30mins 3 times a week and have lost an average of 2 pounds per week.
  • I use an app called Water Your Body.It calculates how much water you should drink based on your weight, sends you notifications throughout the day to remind you to drink water, and tracks how much water you drink.

  • i always look at the nutritional facts online before I get fast food. Make sure to look at the sodium info, as this is where most fast food screws you over. one jr bacon cheeseburger from wendy's has over 900mg of sodium :noway:
