30DS level 2

How is it compared to Level 1? I'm starting it tomorrow..I used 5lb weights towards the end of level 1, hoping I can keep up with 5lbs !

    I found it harder on my bones and joints then level one. i use 1.25kg weights and my arms burn. I need to restart the shred as school holidays i dont have the time.

    I just did it day one L2 today and OMG it was tough! Much tougher than L1! I'd be amazed if you could use 5lb. weights the first time. Good luck!

    I honestly think Level 2 is alot more fun. I don't think its much more difficult than Level 1. Alot of people say they don't like Level 2 but i actually LOVE IT!! I would try the 5lb weights and if it seems like too much during the workout, switch to something lighter. It was hard the first day but on Day 3 I barely broke a sweat and didn't take any breaks. I'm a beast at planks! haha... Today is Day 5 of Level 2 for me. Good luck tomorrow!
