I weigh myself every Sunday when I wake up. Most weeks I see a 2 pound loss. but there have been weeks when i have only lost 1 pound and this past week I lost 4. I think that if I weighed everyday, I would get discouraged if the numbers didn't change or if the numbers went up...that would drive me bananas. :) Good Luck!

I am 5'2" and my goal is between 130 and 135. Currently, I would be happy to get to 150. I think that even if I hovered right around 140-150, I'd be happy. I have a large frame, wide hips and wide shoulders so I don't want to go below 130..

I am trying to lose 75 pounds currently and I have a daily intake of less than 1590 cals. It's working so far. I've lost 4 pounds in two weeks. :smile: Hope that helps!
