I'm 5'2, current weight of 134 with a goal weight of 125 - or more importantly 20% body fat. Scale weight is starting to mean less to me as I workout and am seeing inches loss and muscle poke through0

5'2" and my goal weight is 140. Currently I'm about 40ish pounds away from that.0

I'm 5'0 and my goal weight is about 105 lb, about 16-18% body fat. My vanity weight would be 103, since I saw that number once flicker across the scale when I was in really lean shape, so I know it's possible.0

I'm 4'11 and hope to get to 120, right now i am at 170 and just had my 4th kid... seems like an uphill battle but with a positive attitude, it will happen :-)0

I am 5'2" and my goal is between 130 and 135. Currently, I would be happy to get to 150. I think that even if I hovered right around 140-150, I'd be happy. I have a large frame, wide hips and wide shoulders so I don't want to go below 130..0

5'3 47yrs old-goal weight was 115 and current weight 115-acheived goal almost 3 years ago-stayed the same within 2 pounds, ever since;-) Good luck to you all reaching your goals, It can be done:-)0

I'm 5'0 and I am currently at 163. My goal is 130-135. I will reassess after I get to that point, but my first short term goal is 1500

I'm 5'3" & my goal weight is 126lbs I was happy & comfortable at that last time I was there.
Ideally I'd like to be 120lbs but as I'm pear shaped my chest can appear too boney so I'll play it by ear closer to that weight, as I don't want to look unhealthy or ill.
For now though I'd like to get out of the 140's & into the 130's0 -
I'm 4'11" and I was 90 lbs in college, which is when I looked and felt best. Realistically, somewhere between 100-110 is probably attainable. I'm not 18 anymore.
I'm currently around 113-ish after a round of Insanity, where I lost no weight but lost inches. I honestly don't care if the scale says 200 lbs, as long as all my (current!) clothes fit me well and aren't tight.
I have a dress from China that is skintight on my butt and thighs. When that fits, I'll be ok with whatever weight I'm at.0 -
5'0: I have always been thick so my goal is 150-160
me too!!! I am 5 2 and am aiming for 150-160 ( Even at my thinnest in high school I was muscular and looked great at 155lbs!

I am 5'2 and currently weigh 168 pounds. Before I started going to Planet Fitness in December of 2012, I weighed 184 pounds. My goal weight is 150 pounds. I would still be considered overweifgt but I am big boned so it looks good on me. I was once 145 so I know.0

I'm 5'3 and my ultimate goal weight is 105. I'm at 110 right now and I've been building quite a bit of muscle so I'm trying to be content where I'm at and not restrict too much. But I'd really like to be at 105... ~Sara0

Hello! I am 4'11 and my goal weight is 112. I am currently 113, so very close! I don't want to lose anymore weight, I'd rather just tone up so I don't jiggle when I wiggle. I have completed Zumba, TurboFire, and this weekend I will finish Hip Hop Abs.0
