sent you a request. i finished the first 4 weeks and then i started walking 3 miles a night with my husband. i don't want to overdo it and do both or i'll quit altogether...and i don't want to do that. haven't decided if i'll finish.

i have been gluten free for the last week and would love new friends to go long term with it.

i weigh on thursday but i think i'm already almost down 3 pounds! i started gluten free last week.

Loss of 1.6. Up to 7.4 for the year. Just switched to gluten free so I think that will rev up my weight loss.

like breasonable i just finished 30 day shred. i lost 5.2 lbs and 7.75 inches all over. could've been more but i got sick with tonsillitis toward the end. still completed 17/30 of the workouts (i never intended to do 30 straight days....because i added rest days along with other workouts..plus the sickness break) keep it…

great! i lost 3 lbs! :) i overindulged last night at girls' night out....and took a day off from 30 day shred. i start level 2 tonight after work. i'm a little nervous since it's been giving me knee pain.

i'm 5'6" with a medium frame and 120 always made me look like i had chicken legs and arms. i think 125-130 would be good unless you have a small frame and then 120 is probably fine.

I've only tried 30 Day Shred. It was tough and I've yet to complete it (but I will!!!), but I really liked the challenge it gave me!

i started C25K when i was almost 260 lbs. i lost 25 lbs completely by diet and C25K. you are definitely not too big to run! have fun...but take it slow. you know your body best.
