True cluster headaches are awful! I had regular migraines all my life but ran into clusters in my late 20's. Absolutely horrible. It took about 8 weeks until I was properly diagnosed my a neurologist and another 4 weeks of Verapamil until I found relief. Had to stay on it for a year afterwards. Another brief bout 6 years…

Bolthouse Farms has a bunch of awesome flavors in the 30-50 cal range (2 Tblsp) Cooler section near the produce usually.

Little goals all the way! No weight on PA licenses but when I renewed after losing 60 lbs the guy taking the picture congratulated me  I've kept all my licenses for nostalgia...

Foo Fighters - Everlong Breath out, so I can breath you in

Hellmanns Dijonnaise is awesome if you can find it. 0 cal. It's disappeared locally so I have to order it online.

Amazing transformation! Go you!

Absolutely a staple for me! Creamy Caesar and Classic Balsamic are my 2 favorites.

I use chocolate covered coffee beans. At 8-10 cal each just 2 or 3 is a satisfying treat to me.

If you are really taking 15,000 steps a day I think active is appropriate as is 1600 without knowing your stats. Just don't use those steps as exercise or eat them back. Additional exercise can be logged and eaten back if you want to, I suggest eating back or logging 50%

Half way through my 60 lb loss I synced a fitbit, ate the extra calories it gave me and my loss completely stopped for a few months. I think the extra steps were covering for logging errors. Unhooked them and picked the loss back up.

A) 3 Pounds in 3 Weeks is just fine! B) Calorie burns are a big guess, try logging half of what you think you are burning.

I'm an agnostic, dyslxic insomniac. I lay awake all night wondering if there is a dog. Seriously, I can't get the brain quiet enough to meditate on my own. I've tried again and again. I really like guided meditation though. The Honest Guys on YT have a lot I like and I recently ran across this one that I really like for…

Wake, pee, weigh, RECORD

I've had FORMER employees that felt that way :)
-
From a daily weigher and charter of 4 years that's a pretty normal cycle during the loss cycle :)
-
You can do it! One day at a time, small goals to start. Welcome.

I'm starting to think these last 10 are impossible but so happy to be where I am!
-
I try and leave 100-150 left for the middle of the night since I'm a horrible sleeper. If I don't eat it, bonus! (but I usually do)

Lot's of phone apps available. Libra user here with 3 years of daily data :)

The last 3 "good" books I read for reference and suggestion: The Glass Castle - Jeanette Walls 600 Hours of Edward - Craig Lancaster (whole series) A Man called Ove - Fredrik Backman

It can be hard to find in some areas but Bolthouse Farms has some amazing flavors with very reasonable calories. My personal fav is creamy Caesar Parmesan. 2 TBLS 45 cal. Their vinaigrettes are even less. They are in the refrigerated section, usually near the produce.

The loss is usually a little faster at the beginning if you are doing things right. Enjoy the victory and congratulations! Keep Going!

How can you tell if a person has lost weight using Crossfit and MFP apps on their Iphone? Just wait, they'll tell you :)
-
It sounds like you are weighing daily and that's not a bad thing if it's done at the same time and conditions. Wake, pee, weigh is common. But if you are in fact weighing daily you really should be charting daily as well. Lot's of apps for your phone. Seeing the trend line is SO much more important than the day to day.…

Look up Wall Angels stretching. I find they help a lot.

My mother shops at yard sales for gifts so the list is quite large but the single oddest was a life sized cardboard cutout of Dick Yuengling. I don't drink Yuengling. I asked her why she got it for me and she said it was because he is holding a golf club and I like to golf.

Give it two weeks. This little cluster stall was when I started lifting for the first time:
-
I log 100 for the lettuce and other vegetables combined then log anything else separately. It's worked well for me.

Always!
