I had the same problem this week and decided to rest. I was convinced I'd fight this cold, but lost the fight as I ended up exhausted. Rest up for a couple of days and you'll feel better for it :smile:

As a Mum I do 30 minutes each day. Makes sense!

Not a daft question at all! Mine got reduced automatically by 100 calories. Exercise stayed the same because I got asked when I signed up/set up. Hope that helps!

I was on Slim Fast a few years back and lost 5 stone. I was over the moon as you can imagine. But as soon as you start eating 'normally' I gained all my weight + more over time. I always gain or stay the same during my period due to water retention. Once my period has ended weight loss then gets back on track! What us woman have to cope with eh?! Hope that helps. Good luck. x:smile:
