  • One of those packets is usually 10g. I usually use 6g of margarine per slice - it always seems to be the same. There isn't anything wrong with butter in small amounts, just don't have too much of it. If you prefer it to margarine on sandwiches that is fine as long as you don't have loads of saturated fats elsewhere.
