  • Is it to late to join Feb challenge? If so does anybody know if there will be a March one and how to join it?
  • A Great thing to do is also put your dressing on the side in small bowl and then dip your fork in dressing and then spear your salad. You barely use any dressing at all but each bite tatse like its got a lot on there. Its helped me anyway and I dont have to use the fat free/ low cal dressing either because I do this.

  • Sorry I also meant to add in my reply that if food is your biggest struggle then I suggest reading the Eat This Not That books. I love them and they teach you to just swap out certain things and it will save you hundreds of calories. I really do recommend them.
