Step on the scale, really! It will help you get motivated. Sadly I did what many do at the end of the year and say, I'll eat this or that and start new in 2013 eating healthy. Honestly the price! My class was pretty small, 10 people or so and we had a good size room, but I guess I'm cheap because I stopped going because it was $8 a class and I can't swing that a couple times a week...

Oh I'm in! 5lbs sounds like such a small amount but ya'll know how hard each pound is to lose =/,,, My starting weight is 162... So I'm hoping for 157 or less by the 31st!

I have the same issue... I can't eat in the morning. I force myself to eat a granola bar about a half hour after I get up but I feel sick doing so! However, my doctor told me to eat something, even if it is only a small snack because it really makes a difference. I also stay up until the early morning hours and I used to…

I kind of fell off my diet at the beginning of summer and realized that I gained almost 10lbs in 2 months, so I just started up again 5 days ago... I would love to see some new challenges to keep us all on track. =)

Yep that time of the month I always weigh more, I use to get frustrated too but then realized the weight is only temporary. =) You're perfectly normal!
