thanks annie I will try I just love doing the 30 day shred and they do a lot of squats and lunges...I do walk a lot though I can probably just walk extra on days I don't do the workouts.

we see ourselves every day so it's hard to see a change on a daily basis...I am taking photos of myself every month and comparing also the scales are telling me I'm losing weight so it must be...I know the stomach is the last to go and that's what I am waiting on!!!

after not eating them for a while your body shouldn't crave them as much...that's what I find going on with myself anyway

yes the sodium can make you retain water, and the splenda will actually keep the weight on too...it's very unhealthy to have artificial sweeteners. Exercise will definitely help you to drop the pounds, just by walking alone I lost 60 pounds.

I agree I've never heard of just eating fruit I would think fruit and veggies and nuts would be better, just stay within your calorie range!
