count me in. i can't do any upper body challenges yet (pinched ulnar nerve -.- ) but any lower body/running ones I'm in. I've set up a goal to run 100 miles by memorial day but I can always try more challenges :)

I've always had issues with my right ankle (I've sprained it at least 6 times in past 4 years :( ) and I started Insanity on Monday. What I do to make sure further injury is wear an ankle brace on each foot and then make sure I have comfortable/cushy shoes for soft landing. It sacrifices speed but I focus a lot on landing…

Day 1 of Insanity today! Did the fit test yesterday and definitely felt that this morning when I woke up... Can't wait for tomorrow morning when I can't even get out of bed due to sore muscles :D
