I prefer no chemicals, so usually just 1 to 2 tablespoons of organic half and half (it's pretty creamy so I have been using less as I adjust). No sugar, no sweeteners. It took about a week for my taste buds to adjust to no sugar but it was worth it. Now any type of sugared product is too sweet.

I trained for last year's zombie run in 8 weeks and i was 240lbs so yeah, it;s doable. I'm going for the black ops zombie run obstacle course this year. I'm going to focus on my core at first and then try to build in some outdoor obstacles in the spring.

OMG I totally understand all that. I gained 60 lbs due to various medications and then overeating due to depressive cycles. I currently am on low dosages of ability and prozac and it seems to have stabilized my mood without causing the weight gain I saw on other drugs. Sent a request :)

Usually a little half and half - coffee gets creamier without as much as you need for milk and its subs. If I order a latte, I'll order skim milk.
