In response to my earlier post: If you did not find a sustainable diet last time, and ate your way back to being overweight again, trying going back to your old attempt is not sustainable. You need to find a way to rework how you feel about food or you will just continue to log/lose weight, stop logging/gain weight.
-
My question is: if you lost the weight and gained it back, why are you wanting to do the EXACT same thing again? Why not find something that is sustainable to do and lose while not gaining back?

I'm 5'0" and 122 lbs (55kg). I really doubt you look chubby in ANY way, but if you feel unhappy with your body, my tip is going to be stop giving yourself excuses and exercise. If you're thin but feel untoned, you HAVE to work out. Good luck! Anyone short feel free to add me. I eat a mostly low carb-ish diet and do not eat…
-
Also, side note, if your goal is to be fit, why even worry about what the scale says?
-
There is no way at 5'2" and 105 you have big flabby legs and stomach. You sound like you have an unhealthy body image and I suggest some self help before continuing to lose weight. However, if you wish to continue with your 91 lb goal, I guess you can get around it by saying right now you're 205 lbs and you want to get to…

How tall are you?

If 60 calories will make or break your day, you need to rethink your attitude toward food.
-
I eat about 10-15% carbs most of the time which ends up being less than 50.

Fitbit. I've had one since the One. I have a Charge right now and I am obsessed. Also tracking my sleep is fantastic!

Please ignore people who tell you 1200 is too low. I am 5'0" and have lost a lot of weight with a 1200 calorie diet. I walk 30 minutes a day so about 3.5 hours of cardio a week. I eat low carb (15% of calories), high protein and fat, and I do intermittent fasting. I eat between 12:30pm and 8:30 pm every day. I have lost 11…

Are you really trying to lose 10 more pounds or is that wrong? You are already very small. This sounds very much like you are being unhealthily controlling about the amount you're eating.
-
I'm 5'0" and sometimes I only eat 900 calories. I have found that the next day I am hungrier, but I just eat when I'm hungry so oh well.
-
I'd love to have new active friends! I post quite often and log every day.
-
That is quite a lot of alcohol. Combining that with not eating will likely make you sick. if you DO want to drink 10 drinks, I would also suggest making sure you eat. if this is not a common occurance, one day will not hurt you.
-
300 ml of vodka is like 10 drinks. are you drinking THAT much vodka, really? that's a much bigger issue than calories. edit: when I have a vodka and diet I tag it at about 110 calories. a shot (or 1.5 shot at most) of vodka shouldn't really be more than 150 calories.
-
Depends on what those 1200 calories are. If you get 1200 calories of whole foods, you will be full if you are a small person.
-
Impossible to help with out you showing your diary and eating habits plus workout plan.
-
5'0" with 25 or so to lose.
-
there's no way you were "chubby" at 115 either. he sounds like a jerk.
-
If you weigh daily like I do, use a website like TrendWeight to track trends instead of worrying about the every day amount.

You truly are insane and may be going against your doctor's orders. There is a reason they say wait 6 weeks before working out or heavy lifting after a C-Section. Your insides have not healed completely and you may rupture something. Welp, good luck!!!!

pregnancy can kill women and still does. your results are not everyone's. I don't care.

I am also a stay at home mom with a Fitbit! :)

Eggs, eggs. More eggs. Then eat another egg. Maybe some greek yogurt if you can find it on sale. Then eat another egg.

The amount of protein that MFP says you need is VERY low. You should be eating 2x or more what they say. Also if you're not weighing your food, you do not know how many calories you're eating. So that's really why you're gaining weight.
-
You eat a lot of carbs and not enough protein. When you were doing 1200 calories before were you working out? Because eating back your exercise calories might not be helping you. I do not eat back my exercise calories because MFP doesn't always calculate them correctly.
-
^^^ I can get organic breakfast everything and a multivitamin for less money.
-
So what you're saying is that you wake up, are one weight, eat, drink ALL day, and then come home and weigh more? That's how physics work! If you weigh more at the beginning of the day every day then you have a problem.
-
I weigh the same as you, I'm 152lbs right now (5'0"). I eat 1200-1400 calories a day and work out at least a few times a week. I lose weight. I do not feel starved. It calculates me at 1471 a day with the calculator you use. You can see my open diary to see how I get 1200-1400 calories a day. I eat healthy foods and less…

You've lost 14 lbs in only 1.5 months. You have over 50 lbs to go. Be patient. 14 lbs is a very good amount. Stop worrying.
