Considering all I usually eat is mashed potatoes, a small slice of pie and a ton of carrots- yep.

I haven't read it because it's Twilight Fanfiction that had the names changed and got published.. Plus there's no story and the way it describes certain kinks is just... way off.

You should eat some of them back, but if you feel full at the end of the day but still haven't eaten back some of the calories you've burned off then don't force yourself to. I usually only eat back a little if any, but if I feel hungry I eat back more. Listen to your body.

It pretty much just calculates your deficit and does the math from there. It doesn't factor in people'se lifestyles and that fact that you could plateau. It's not accurate for me at all.

The only thing I drink besides water is soy or almond milk or diet sodas. I always log the milks, but if the soda has no sodium I won't log it.

You should dump the guy, he's not worth your time, effort, and he certainly doesn't deserve you. As for the weight loss, every body handles it differently. You said you have a lot of muscle, but you could just have less fat to lose and are losing it slowly.

Depending on the flavor, it may taste weird. I've found that with chocolate (what I have) it tastes the best in hot water. It dissolves easier and it tastes like hot chocolate. :3 If you have it cold, I advise using a mixer as the powder doesn't dissolve well.
