has anyone used this replacement shake? only 74 calories! I just got in the mail, not sure what to except.

    just started it today/has a great flavor (chocolate) haven't felt hungry this afternoon.

    Depending on the flavor, it may taste weird. I've found that with chocolate (what I have) it tastes the best in hot water. It dissolves easier and it tastes like hot chocolate. :3

    If you have it cold, I advise using a mixer as the powder doesn't dissolve well.

    I will try the hot warter, yeah cold water was not as good
