My partner, family and friends are very supportive and encouraging, feel pretty good in my own skin and don't feel the need to ask strangers opinions. Feel very meh about these threads, is a social site, people here for different resaons - I can choose to look or not - so far it has been not. No biggie :smile:

Friday - I generally work harder during the week and Friday morning weigh will either make or break the weekend - Friday evening will either hold gym or wine depending on the scales :)

Hi feel free to add me I have an open diary and know how much I have learnt from looking at others. I have found that you really do need to take time out to eat properly during the day, by doing this I can now eat dinner and do not (usually) want anything else

Hi I had the same problem but made a deal with myself that if I was going to eat a snack would have to do some exercise first (treadmill, sit ups, jumping jacks) just whatever for 10 minutes - some days I am too tired so dont bother with exercise or eating other I do the exercise and not so hungry after so eat a much…

I have recently started to track sugar at somebodies suggestion, looked like I was doing most things right but weight was not moving, when I changed settings was horrified at how much I was eating - alot of fruit as well as food content (not to mention sugar in my coffe) soon added up. Pleased to say now that I am tracking…

I did today as a first because I really want that Friday glass of wine, but please note I did actually get up from my desk and walk for 30 minutes didnt guess, also my legs are way too sore from run yesterday to do more........mmm Friday's :wink: Usually no - I just walk while shinning halo :smile:

Interested to follow this - I have previously lost weight by exercising three days a week and watching diet, since I have upped exercise to most days I am not loosing, yet still watching diet. I haven't got soo much to loose and wonder if the increase in exercise is having a detrimental effect on my weight loss.
