So it is Friday

Friday, my usual routine is eat well at work, come home open a bottle of wine, kick children out, put on stereo, and drink it whilst doing housework, cooking dinner and baking for the weekend. (Please note I do not eat any of the baking). I know I should put an end to this habit, but am struggling because I like it so much :). Could I perhaps run on the treadmill for 40 minutes first, promise to eat well for the next few days....

    Why do you need to give it up? Work your wine into your calories!! Maybe hop on the treadmill, if it makes you feel better!

    Yep, Thursday here too still. I wish it was Friday though. :laugh:
