I have tried the sangria and it tastes quite gross. The cranberry cosmo is pretty darn tasty. Still think they are like a 100 calories a glass.

I have already gotten the scooter and crutches, my aunt had the scooter from a previous foot break so it worked out great for me. Now if I could only fast forward through recovery, :)

Steve, Thank you for the information, I lift pretty heavy and I am also completely sweaty after lifting. I will try less rest between sets this week and I will try and work in some super-sets. Thank you again.

Please don't let this get you down, I have broken my ankles a total of 4 times and I am now dealing with plantars fasciitis and heel spurs, I am pretty much in constant pain. I am very limited on what cardio I can do. Have you tried doing the elliptical machine for like 20 mins a day, or swimming? "Swimming actually hurts…
