  • I've always been more of a sprinter and never an endurance runner. So, for longer distance i do about 11.5-12 min/mile, About 5-5.2 mph. I would say you are okay. Everyone is different and go at a pace/speed you are comfortable with.

  • I'm on level 2 day 2. I'm alternating this with 6 week 6 pack every other day. I like it better than 30DS it seems to go faster and a bit harder which I like.

  • I'm doing the 30DS 6x a week and also 2-3x a week running, 2x Martial Arts training. It depends on how I feel, but I make sure to take a rest day. After moving onto level 2, I 'm so tired by the end that I don't want to do anything else.
