  • My question would be are you eating enough fat and protein? A good portion of your calories should be coming from your fat and protein intake. I believe it is approximately 0.68 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day.
  • It took me almost a month in strict Keto to start seeing significant weight loss.
  • I personally aim for 25 grams of carbs per day and usually end up less than 30 per day. I just count carbs (not net) to keep it honest with myself.
