Weight fluctuations are normal. They happen due to sodium influx/water retention, beginning a new exercise regimen, TOM, etc. I think you're focusing too much on what the scale says and not enough about how you look and feel. Why not focus on body recomp?

No. Weight loss occurs in a calorie deficit. The calories you put in are less than what you're burning each day. That is all. You don't have to eat the food she cooks. o_O Avocado. Oils/butter. Nuts. Nut butters. Full fat dairy. Eggs. Protein shakes. Deli meat. Canned tuna. Meat sources of any kind. Hummus. Beans/legumes. Go for calorie dense without a lot of volume, if that's your problem.

This. I like things from all types of genres in rock/prog/triphop/alt/etc. My favorites are Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Deftones and Incubus.

One bad meal will not make you gain weight, just like one good meal will not make you healthy. Sometimes, having a cheat day is just good clean fun. Go back to doing things the right way tomorrow and you won't be "ruined." How low calorie are we talking here??

I'd like to retract my statement about a Nutritionist over a Dietician. I suck at advice giving and mixed the two. It's the Dieticians that help, not the Nutritionists. I'll try to keep the bad advice away next time. :flowerforyou:
