Easter long weekend always means beach camping for me so food will probably consist of sausages on bread, lamb chops and whatever else can be cooked on a small gas fire. I'll bring some fruit along for myself and some cereal, biscuits for the boy and of course a few bottles of wine and lots of chocolate. There won't be any facilities so I will be avoiding fibre :)

Hangover breakfast. Probably bread with fried eggs with cheese and bacon. Perhaps McDonalds after that when we get home, and some oatmeal shake when I feel fine again.

Not remotely religious but love hot cross buns, so we make our own and put smiley faces on them instead. Hot happy buns

    I don't celebrate Easter.

Though when we did as kids...it was all about the ham. *drool*

We always do the same meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas & Easter. I guess my folks aren't a big fan of changing things up lol :

Oven roasted turkey with bread stuffing, pan made gravy, mashed potato, carrots, turnip, sweet mixed pickles, home grown beets and dessert is never determined until the day of.

Sometimes we skip dessert entirely after a meal like that.
