We always go out for Korean BBQ. It's the only place you can walk in with 14 people with no reservation and be seated immediately.

Rice and Peas with coconut milk
Salt cod or bacalhau stewed down with onions, tomatoes, peppers and scotch bonnet pepper in Olive Oil
Lightly fried blue snapper same as the Salt cod or bacalhau
    Salt cod or bacalhau patties
    Broiled Salmon
    Johnny cake with coconut
    Coconut Dumplings
    Banana Bread
    Sorrel
    Mauby
    Home made protein granola bars.

Ok folks, I normally cook enough food to last at least two weeks, that way I only have to warm up food when hungry. It takes me all day to do all of the above, but after that my time is freed up.

I will be eating in moderation and starting C25K on Monday, April 21st.

I'll slow roast a ham on my Weber grill and glaze it with BBQ sauce. Or, maybe peach preserves?

My wife will make the side dishes: tossed salad, potato salad, roasted potatoes, Kings Hawaiian rolls, corn, mixed veg.

Daughter #1 will probably bring dessert.

Daughter #2 will make deviled eggs.

My older grandson will say grace and we'll talk about family stuff and what the preacher said that Jesus said. We'll "remember when" and, we'll "think about the time that..."

We'll have cold drinks, wine and coffee.

    How does that sound?

Don't really do the whole Easter feast thing as we're not religious, but we do baskets for the kids with candy and hid painted eggs which we will eat...the rest of the day is just kinda whatevs. We're actually traveling this year so most of the day will be spent in airplanes and at airports.

My family tends to go out for brunch after church. I'm not really religious but I go for my parents. Plus Easter brunch out is always really great. Seems lamb and prime rib are on this place's brunch menu this year. yum.

We haven't decided on a meat for dinner (possibly lamb), but it'll be with roast potatoes & veg.

Dessert is Strawberry Pavlova and Black Forest Gateau
