So retard power amounts of shrimp.
Chocolate.
Rabbit.
I'm also going to bake up some hot cross buns, and then do an easter dinner with a country ham I started curing and aging back in November of 2012.Easter is this Sunday.. Whats on your menu???
This is my menu:
Crock pot ham with pineapple glaze
Corn casserole
Baked mac and cheese
Potato salad
Candied Yams
Dinner rolls!!
mmmm gained 10 lbs just typing that up!!!! lol0 -
Chinese food0

Beer beer and more beer. Possibly with some tequila or some other daft shots mixed in. I'm going out with my work mates on Easter Sunday, and that always results in me drinking far too much. They're a bad influence on me. Not that I take much influencing. It'll be a good day though. Looking forward to it.0

I'm planning on starting the day with one of those egg casseroles! Yum.0

baked glazed ham, rice w/pigeon peas, potato salad and possibly pasta salad, corn or green beans or both, dinner rolls, and some type of dessert, fresh fruit and Easter candy and soda, water, and wine for the adults0

Easter long weekend always means beach camping for me so food will probably consist of sausages on bread, lamb chops and whatever else can be cooked on a small gas fire. I'll bring some fruit along for myself and some cereal, biscuits for the boy and of course a few bottles of wine and lots of chocolate. There won't be any facilities so I will be avoiding fibre

Hangover breakfast. Probably bread with fried eggs with cheese and bacon. Perhaps McDonalds after that when we get home, and some oatmeal shake when I feel fine again.0

Don't have dinner planned out yet, but I do know breakfast is going to be eggs benedict florentine with some memosas. I can't freaking wait!0

Not remotely religious but love hot cross buns, so we make our own and put smiley faces on them instead. Hot happy buns0

I don't celebrate Easter.
Though when we did as kids...it was all about the ham. *drool*0 -
We always do the same meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas & Easter. I guess my folks aren't a big fan of changing things up lol :
Oven roasted turkey with bread stuffing, pan made gravy, mashed potato, carrots, turnip, sweet mixed pickles, home grown beets and dessert is never determined until the day of.
Sometimes we skip dessert entirely after a meal like that.0 -
