I don't know because I am not doing the cooking and I can't workout that day either. Most likely ham which is something that I don't care for so I will eat very little of it.

Easter breakfast is the meal I wait all year for!! This feeds about 25 people to the point no one can move after, with some left over.

    Take:
1 large ham, roast, cool and cut into bitesized cubes
2 medium pork roasts, season with salt and pepper, roast, cool, cut into bitesized pieces
4-5 rings of coarse kielbasa, sliced into bitesized pieces
5 dozen hardboiled eggs, peeled and (you got it!) cut into bite sized pieces.

Mix all of these things into the biggest roaster you can find, then mix in about a cup and a half fresh grated horseradish and about a cup of very finely diced pork fat. Bake in the oven at 325 for an hour or so.....

Serve with more horseradish, and paska.....

It sounds terrible, and the first time most people encounter it they think it's disgusting until they've had their first bite. It is the most wonderful meal ever. I can't imagine easter without it.... My kiddo is the 5th generation that loves it!

I'm going to aim at pleasantly full this year, as opposed to the unable to move for fear of exploding that I usually go for!
